In the face of an ever-challenging market, Sportson partnered with Heads to modernize and expand their offering. Through a series of cutting-edge solutions and high level automation, Sportson has fundamentally reimagined their business model and streamlined their workflows along the way.

Challenges

  • Incorporating a group of 27+ stores into a franchise model across Sweden under the umbrella of one brand and IT landscape, where both local and central considerations are managed 

  • Supporting an IT infrastructure that is optimized for scalable efficiencies in digital infrastructure (and subsequent investments)

  • Creating one single data source for all orders, e-commerce, service orders & in-store orders.

  • Purchasing, warehouse/inventory, and logistics 

  • Webshop Integration
