About the role

It's a key role where customer focus and problem-solving are highly prioritized daily. With your profound technical expertise and communication skills, you assist customers with problem-solving, further strengthening relationships. You lead a team of four people and collaborate with various parts of the business, characterized by a familial and ambitious culture.

Heads offers you a developmental and fun workplace where you genuinely have the chance to make a difference. You will report directly to the CEO, be a part of the company's executive team, and be involved in reporting to the board and shareholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer relationships and partnerships with actors in the market.

  • Familiarize yourself with and understand the customers' issues with Heads' business system and use your technical expertise to guide them to solutions.

  • Lead and develop the Professional Services team consisting of four people.

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and optimize workflows.

  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization to ensure all operational activities align with the company's vision and overall objectives.

  • Participate in ongoing meetings and sales dialogues with customers.

  • Work with project management and collaborate with different parts of the business.

We also believe that you are/have: 

  • A background in complex software.

  • A communicative problem solver.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Prior leadership or coaching experience.

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

It is also beneficial if you have: 

  • Technically knowledgeable

  • Relationship-oriented

  • Organized

  • Detail-oriented
