Gateway API and Heads
Our GatewayAPI integration allows you to manage your SMS communication directly from the Heads system. This means you can set up Heads to automatically send SMS messages on different events in the system, for example when a customer order changes status, all in a seamless flow. This integration helps to improve your customer communication.
Order notifications via text message
You can automatically set up configurable text messages to be sent to the customer on certain events related to the order, such as ready for pickup or handling starting. The sender ID can be set to your store name.
